PROJECT DESCRIPTION
iCoke is a campaign run by Coca Cola to promote their online contests. They needed online banners to advertise one particular promotion, which sent the winner to any concert anywhere in the world. The experience had to both capture Coca Cola’s branding and the edgy feel of the promotion.
APPROACH
In order to appeal to a concert going crowd we created a “poster effect” that mimicked the kind of advertisement that you would see attached to a grungy street pole downtown. We also used skillful Flash animation cycles that showed the “life” of an average street poster – put up, wearing out, and eventually being ripped down. The overall product was undeniably Coca Cola, while still appealing to their target demographic for this promotion.
