PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A new change in real estate law, called the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act – (or REBBA) was causing confusion with many agents. The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), which is responsible for administering REBBA needed to create an informational booklet and CD to help educate agents about the Act. The final product was distributed to every single registered real estate agent in Ontario, and the time-lines for the project were also tight.


APPROACH

We developed an interactive video presentation on CD, which made learning about REBBA more accessible and fun, too. The CD contains chapters and sections that explain key areas of the Act. The key feature of this project is the embedded video of several representatives of RECO literally walking the user through the booklet.
